HELP / 2 GUIDES

Manage your team

Use individual accounts so people can do their jobs without sharing one login. Give each person the role they need, and review that access when their responsibilities change.

This area covers the people who use your workspace: adding a teammate with their own sign-in, choosing the role that matches their job and removing access when someone leaves or changes duties. Individual accounts keep the access log meaningful, which is the reason the guides discourage a shared front desk login even when it seems quicker on a busy morning.

Start with adding a teammate to your workspace, which covers the invitation, the first sign-in and what the new person should see on their first shift. Then read reviewing team roles and removing old access so a seasonal hire, a departing manager or a contractor does not keep a role longer than the work requires, and so the person who owns template changes is named rather than assumed.

Team access is usually set up right after the workspace itself and revisited each season. For the operational side, the how-to library has guides on access for temporary event staff and reviewing record access when staff leave.
